FIELD: rheumatic diseases. SUBSTANCE: method including irradiation of joints by pulse infrared laser emission with pulse repetition 1500-3000 Hz in each joint zone for 128-256 s is distinguished with that irradiation is carried out with matrix composed of 10 laser emitters on surface 12 sq.cm with pulse power 8-10 W and additional frequency 10 Hz and variation of laser irradiation intensity is synchronized with variation of signals from sensors of pulse and breath of patient. In this case maximum irradiation power in systole and inhalation phase is increased with modulation extent 30% for each constituent (pulse and breath signals). Proposed method is applicable to treat joints with various syndromes. It reduces treatment time by 1Ч14 days in average, decreases using drugs, and allows, in some cases, their complete elimination. Method also makes possible simultaneous treatment of several joints, which considerably accelerates treatment and increases remission time by one year in average. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. |
