Pre-cast reinforced concrete building for garageing, stores. The walling panels (2) are formed in ordinary reinforced concrete. The roofing panels (1) are a shaped section such that water runs off them. The concrete used in the roof section is lightweight mix. The steel cross sections in the roof panel extend on the edges and bear on the upper reinforcement of the wall panels. ADVANTAGE - Lighter pre-cast construction for easier transport and erection.
