<p>PURPOSE:To provide an assembly method for an automobile which improves the efficiency of a work to coat the windshield mounting part of a car body with a body primer and automates a series of works following the work of mounting a windshield. CONSTITUTION:Windshield mounting parts 10F and 10R of a car body B are coated with a body primer by means of a body primer coating robot R1. Thereafter, an interior trim, such as an instrument panel unit, disposed below the windshield mounting parts 10F and 10R are assembled to the car body B. A windshield is then mounted on the windshield mounting parts 10F and 10R.</p> |
