<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color filter film with a favorable quality by a method wherein a color filter material of which the major component is polyamide is applied on a base by flexographic printing under a printing atmosphere of which the absolute humidity is 0.008kg/kg or lower. CONSTITUTION:A flexographic printing machine 20 and a hot plate 4 to perform pre-baking are arranged in a chamber 21 which communicates with a dehumidifier 6. This chamber 21 is dehumidified by the dehumidifier 6 and is always kept under a condition of which the absolute humidity at 0.008kg/kg or lower. Under a condition which is managed in such a manner, a coloring resin of which the major component is polyamide is dripped on a color developing palte 3, and then, the coloring resin is spread by a doctor bar on the color spreading plate 3. Then, a printing roll 1 rotates, and the coloring resin is transferred to a form plate 2. Then, the coloring resin transferred on the printing plate 2 is transferred on a glass base 7 again, and by repeating this process several times, a color filter film with a desired film thickness can be formed.</p> |
