PURPOSE:To make the manufacture of a mold easy and to cause its cost to be lowered by a method in which when blow molding is operated, the occurrence of burrs is made little and the loss of material is omitted, thereby improving its yield, and then while the deburring operation is made easy, and its working time is shortened, the parting line of the mold is made simple. CONSTITUTION:When the washer tank 30 which has the fitments 34, 36, 38 projecting more outside than the surface position of the maximum outer diameter of a tank body 32, is produced, after the tank body 30 in the state without the fitments 34, 36, 38 has been molded by blow molding, the fitments 34, 36, 38 formed by working separately from the tank body 32 are welded to the prescribed position of the tank body 32. |
