The invention relates to a closing device intended for a tube (9) which is squeezed to expel its contents, of the type comprising a first part (1) provided with a dispensing orifice 3, a second part (2) provided with a stud (4) capable of cooperating with the dispensing orifice (3) in order to obturate it or, on the contrary, to release it, the first (1) and second (2) parts being permanently coupled to each other whilst being able to be moved relatively with respect to each other. The stud (4) is continuously pushed towards its closing position by an elastic member (5). According to the invention, the first part (1) comprises fluid-tight pushing means (6) capable of acting against the elastic member (5) in the direction of opening of the stud so that, in the closed position, the stud (4) obturates the dispensing orifice (3) under the effect of the elastic member (5), the pushing means (6) then being inactive and, in the open position, the stud (4) releases the dispensing orifice (3) under the effect of the pushing means (6). <IMAGE>
