PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction in an equipment except the equipment which is an object to a remote control operation by providing covering material covering an infrared ray receiving part and providing an opening part of the covering material at its part. SOLUTION: Aluminium covering material 1 is stuck to an infrared ray receiving part 3 and the material 1 covers the light receiving part 3. At the almost center part of the covering material 1, an opening part 2 is perforated and the infrared ray signal from the outside is received by the light receiving part 3 via the opening part 2. As a result, even when plural rate controllers of the same form are used within the same room, the possibility of generating a malfunction becomes very low. |
