<p>This patent describes the procedure related to the preparation of fructosides ergot alkaloids closed to elymoclavine, chamoclavine, lysergoland DH-lysergol which is based on this principle, that the ergot alkaloids are acted by free or immobilised mycelia closed to the mushroom of Claviceps purpurea or Claviceps fusiformis family, in medium consisting of 50 up to 100 g of saccharose per one litre with pH value of 5,8 up to 7,0 and containing inorganic salts, calcium nitrate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulphate, potassium chloride, ammonium sulphate, as for instance, and / or substance with biological activity e.g. fermenting autolysate, corn dipping water, and after that the intermediate product is absorbed of the medium with the use of betonite and after the desorption is completed, it is separated based on the suitable principles closed to the multiply liquid chromatography, using the column with the reverse phase C-18 and a mobile phase which created based on the mixture containing water and ammonia.</p> |
