SPRAY HEAD AND CASTING-TANK FOR SHOT-MAKING USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF SPRAY HEAD

PURPOSE: A spray head and a casting-tank for a shot-making using the same and a method for manufacturing of the spray head are provided to prevent from a vent of the casting-tank being blocked by a material occasionally dropping out of a base metal by preventing from dropping out the base metal on a surface of the spray head. CONSTITUTION: A spray head(20) clashes a molten steel when a casting work of a shot making. The spray head comprises a main body of refractories(21) and a coating material(22). The main body of refractories is formed a hitting surface clashed by a molten steel. The coating material comprises graphite in an area including at least the hitting surface among a surface of the main body of refractories.
