PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bend mold detachable and eliminate the chipping of a flanged portion by bulging a connecting part of a suspension metal fitting to the outside to the desired extent, and then forming a gap which contains the head of a caulking nut. SOLUTION: A suspension metal fitting 2 is composed of a raw material of a bracket or U shaped cross section, for example metal ingredient such as steel. When the erected part of a bracket or U shaped base 3 is slidably fitted in this hollow part, both parts are integrally connected. At the connecting part 17 of the suspension metal fitting 2, a gap 19 which contains a head 16(a) of a caulking nut 16 that is caulked at the connecting part 18 of the base 3 is formed. This gap 19 is formed by bulging the part of the connecting part 17 of the suspension metal fitting to the outside by the same height as the nut head 16(a). This bulged part 20 extends upwards to the desired extent to reinforce the lower part of the suspension metal fitting 2. Moreover, it is possible to form a rib shaped reinforcing part by making this bulged part 20 extend more upward and downward. |
