PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce memory capacity for storing window coefficient streams with respect to a device for correction discrete cosine transform. SOLUTION: A differential window coefficient stream storage part 15 in a window coefficient stream output part 11 stores a differential window coefficient stream differentially encoding a window coefficient stream and a window coefficient stream generating part 14 generates the window coefficient stream by differentially decoding the differential window coefficient stream. A window coefficient stream multiplying part 12 generates a window signal stream by multiplying the window coefficient streams outputted from the widow coefficient stream output part 11 and a correction discrete cosine transform calculation part 13 applies correction discrete cosine transform to the widow signal stream.
