PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clad material, which has corrosion resistance after brazing and can suppress deterioration of productivity due to application of flux.SOLUTION: The clad material has a three-layer structure in which a sacrificial material layer composed of an aluminum-zinc alloy sacrificial corrosive material 42 and a brazing filler layer composed of an aluminum-silicon alloy brazing filler metal are successively cladded on an aluminum alloy core material 41. Magnesium is added to the sacrificial corrosive material 42. The brazing filler metal layer is melted in brazing, and an oxide film formed on a joint surface is removed by the magnesium added to the sacrificial material layer. Thus, the brazing can be performed under a low-oxygen concentration environment without needing the application of flux. |
