PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble of a charging equipment due to rusting or the like by conducting dehumidification in a pit for installing the charging equipment. SOLUTION: A pit H in a ground G is closed by a mounting plate 1 for a charging equipment B. A wall is manufactured of concrete C in the pit H. The periphery of the pit H is enclosed with a fence S, a person or the like cannot approach to the charging equipment B, and s support 20a for the fence S is used as a ventilating cylinder. The ventilating cylinder 20a is opened into the pit H, and an introducing pipe 23 from the inside of the pit H most separate from the opening is introduced to the ventilating cylinder 20a and opened in the lower section of the ventilating cylinder. Accordingly, a sense of incompatibility on a design is eliminated by forming the ventilating cylinder of the support 20a for the fence S. When air is sucked through the ventilating cylinder 20a by a wind, the outside air is supplied into the pit H through the introducing pipe 23, the inside of the pit H is ventilated and air is dehumidified. The inside of the pit H is kept under a dried state at all times by the dehumidification action, the rusting and characteristic deterioration of the connecting section of electric wires 3, 6 and other relational equipments are prevented, and reliability is improved for a prolonged time. |
