The silicon layer is connected on the outside through the metallic contacts (K), thus enabling said metallic contacts to be in direct contact with the silicon layer, the silicon oxide layer, the silicon oxide fluoride interface or with high p+ areas. The invention can be used in particular for creating a very strong negative drift field in a silicon layer.
