PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a set position report apparatus which reports a vehicle approaching the set position of a vehicle speed measuring device when the vehicle speed measuring device travels on a lane where the speed of the vehicle is measured. SOLUTION: There is arranged a position finding part 1 which is carried on a vehicle and receives radio waves from a plurality of satellites to calculate positional information. In addition, a non-volatile memory 10 is provided to store positional information of the vehicle speed measuring device for measuring the speed of the vehicle from outside, and a control part 8 to generate an alarm when the current positional information of the vehicle running gets closer to the positional information stored in the non-volatile memory 10. Moreover, the non-volatile memory 10 stores the direction of the vehicle runs measured by the vehicle speed measuring device as bearing information, while the control part 8 generates an alarm when the current positional information and bearing information of the vehicle running gets closer to the positional information and the bearing information stored in the non-volatile memory 10.
