PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a value imparting method, a center device, a notice information pasting system, a computer program, and a recording medium which are applicable to a market research by prompting a contributor to contribute notice information to a posting board system installed on a communication network. SOLUTION: Through the posting board system which notice information on the communication network in tree structure by relating low-order notice information to high-order notice information, it is considered that notice information with much low-order information which is related directly or indirectly has high effectiveness and economical value such as money and various privileges is given to contributors by an information collector according to the number of the related low-order notice information. |
