The heating block (20) is located pivoted in the housing (10), and can be partially swiveled out of the housing at the front. The pivot axis of the block coincides with the axis of advance pipe (21) and/or return pipe (22). The heating block has turnable and waterproof connections to advance pipe and/or return pipe.
