FIELD: agriculture, in particular, technique used in machines for preparing of feed mixtures by grinding of stalked materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: working tool has drive shaft with raking members fixed along helical line thereof and provided with transporting surface. Raking members have knife plates with dented cutting edge. Each of said plates is pivotally fixed on transporting surface for rotation of its plane around axis extending in plane of plate with offset relative to its center of weight toward front edge of plate and extending normally to transporting surface. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of power for stalked material cutting process and feed mixing process due to self-adjustment of knife plates. ^ 5 cl, 7 dwg
