PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to enhance workability when forming a ventilation passage by providing a tongue piece which receives a lateral end face of a thin plate material near the ventilation passage in the formation of the ventilation passage which straightens an air breathed with a fan by positive molding a thin plate material made of an elastic material along the ventilation passage. SOLUTION: A plurality of projections 16 are provided on a main body unit of a bathroom ventilator so as to follow the outside shape of a ventilation passage which is formed by changing the shape of a sheet metal material 9. This sheet metal material 9 is made of a continuous length sheet material whose end 9a on the outlet side is curved so as to form the outlet of the ventilation passage and a heater 17 is laid out inside the ventilation passage. The formation of the ventilation passage is incorporated so that the sheet metal material 9 may be faced with the inside of the whole projections 16, thereby incorporating the side end faces into a tongue piece 7f on a mounting member 7 and connecting the tip of one end of the sheet metal member 9 and the tip of the other end with fixtures 20a and 21a of each of mounting boards 20 and 21 respectively so that the sheet metal material 9 may be deformingly laid out along the specified ventilation passage. |
