PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the change reason of past data by preserving a version number and a change reason correspondingly to coordinates (row and column) at the time of changing data in a cell of a table and displaying the change reason correspondingly to the cell in the table in the case that the change reason is added to preserved data at the time of display with respect to a change reason display device which displays the change reason of data. SOLUTION: A means 6 which preserves the change reason, which is inputted at the time of changing data in a cell of the table, together with change data correspondingly to coordinates of the cell of the table and a means 7 which takes out preserved data based on coordinates of the cell of the table to display it in the cell of the table at the time of display and displays the taken-out change reason correspondingly to the cell in the case that the change reason is preserved are provided. |
