An automatic urine analysis system, and an automatic urine analysis apparatus are provided to allow urine to be analyzed irrespective of the place and to allow the analyzed result to be re-outputted at the other place. An automatic urine analysis system comprises a sample stick analysis part(300) where the urine-adhered sample stick is inserted; a sample stick moving sensor which moves the injected sample stick into a main body(F); a UV sterilization lamp which is operated to prevent the contamination of the sample stick; a main control part which analyzes the data; an output part which outputs the analyzed data by printing; a display part which displays the analyzed data; and a discharge hole(700) where the analyzed stick sample is slid.
