PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system utilizing heat stored in a building skeleton in addition to ground heat utilization.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 10 has: a crushed stone layer 34 or sediment laid over a foundation 28; a concrete floor slab 14 constructed on the crushed stone layer 34 or sediment; a building 12 built on the floor slab 14; a heat exchange pipe 16 buried in the floor slab 14 or in the crushed stone layer 34 or sediment; an air introduction pipe 33 connected to one end part of the heat exchange pipe 16, and taking in air to the heat exchange pipe 16; and a service pipe 32 connected to the other end part of the heat exchange pipe 16, and taking in air inside the heat exchange pipe 16 to the inside of the building 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
