PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a power storage device having an outermost layer which is excellent in slidability, moldability and glossiness (designability) without losing resistance to electrolyte.SOLUTION: In protective paint for a packaging material for a power storage device containing binder (A) and existing bridge type resin particles (B), each of the binder (A) and the existing bridge type resin particles (B) has at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl group, carboxyl group or salt thereof and amide group, the total of each functional group amount is within a specific range, and the total amount of the functional groups owned by the binder (A) in the protective paint is not less than the total amount of the function groups owned by the existing bridge type resin particles (B), and the maximum difference therebetween ranges from not less than 0.1 to not more than 48 mmol/g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
