<p>An intermittent drive for film or strip with perforations along its edge, is produced by a planetary gear. The planet wheel (4) which is located and in mesh with the inside gear teeth of the sun wheel (5), has a radial tapered peg (3) that protrudes into the perforation of the film. With each revolution of the planet wheel (4), the film is moved one step forward. A balancing weight (7) is located on the planet wheel carrier in order to produce a vibration free operation. It is also possible to use the radial peg (3) on the planet wheel to produce indirect film drive.</p> |
