PURPOSE:To make it possible to convert the moving speed of the optical system in many steps with a high precision, by providing a moving means, which reciprocates the link part between the slide arm and the driving means in the direction orthogonal to the movement direction of the driving means, in the driving means. CONSTITUTION:Oscillating arm 13 has the lower end supported by fixed shaft 14 which becomes the slide fulcrum of position fixing under the first and the second mirrors 1 and 2, and movable shaft 9 of one pulley 7 is fitted and inserted slidably to long hole 1 provided vertically at the upper end. Therefore, movable shaft 9 forms the link part for oscillating arm 13. Long hole 16 is provided in the same direction as long hole 15 in the middle part of oscillating arm 14, and movable shaft 17 of the driving means is fitted and inserted slidably to long hole 16, and movable shaft 17 forms the link part for arm 13. Since longitudinal center lines of long holes 15 and 16 pass through the center of fixed shaft 14 of the oscillating fulcrum, both movable shafts 9 and 17 slide on a straight line. |
