摘要 The tray base(3) moves towards the main support(5) and the clamp(3a) connected to the tray base comes in contact with the guide rail(19), by this the clamp(3a) opens to the left. If the tray base(3) moves to under the loader part(7) when the clamp is open, the next movement is stopped, cylinder 1(11) starts and the stopper(11a) holds the empty tray(1). At this state, the empty tray separation device, cylinder 2(8) starts and the separation board(9) fixed at load of the cylinder 2 is descended by the linear motion guide(16) and then the empty tray is placed on the upper side of the tray base(3). A single empty tray(1) moves to the loading position by laying on top of the tray base(3) and the chips(6) that are judged as upper goods are putted in order into the inside of the empty tray's inject groove. After delivering the tray(1a) filled with chips(6) to inside of loader part(12), X-Y robot(18) continuously moves forward and transports the tray base(3) to the downward of loader part(7) and then stops the movement.
