PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of tonner on the surface where no image is formed with a simple constitution, by installing a means which introduces a part of the ray of a uniformly exposing device which irradiates uniform rays upon a photorecepter after the light image irradiation to the photorecepter through a corona discharging device and a means which blocks and opens the former means. CONSTITUTION:An object 18 is exposed by a light source 16 and the image is projected upon a photorecepter 1 by an optical device 8 through a corona discharger 7. The photorecepter 1 is exposed by the lamp 34 of a uniformly exposing device 20 through an opening 32 and the contrast of the potential difference pattern on the photoreceptor 1 is intensified. When the opening 37 of the exposing device 20 is opened with the section of the photorecepter where no image is formed being blocked with a light blocking member 35, a part of the light of the lamp 34 is reflected by a reflecting member 21 whose lower part is composed of a mirror and exposes the surface of the photorecepter 1 through the corona discharger 7. Therefore, the surface of the photorecepter 1 where no image is formed can be maintained at the write level by opening or closing the light blocking member 35, and the adhesion of tonner can be prevented with a simple constitution. |
