<p>Aromatic polyesters are obtained by copolycondensing isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid or derivatives thereof with bis(hydroxyphenyl) sulfone and 2,2-bis(4'-hydroxyphenyl)propane. These aromatic polyesters have excellent mechanical and electrical properties and improved heat resistance.</p>
