PURPOSE:To make the discovery accurate with reduction in errors of detection by detecting clogging of a nozzle orifice sensing a specific change in vibration detected when it is generated as a fluid is passing through the nozzle orifice. CONSTITUTION:A vibration detector 21 is buried into an outer wall 26 surrounding a nozzle hole 25. Then, as a fluid is passing through a nozzle orifice 23, vibration is generated to be transmitted to the outer wall 26 surrounding the nozzle hole 25. This vibration is detected with a vibration detector 21 and the state of vibration is transmitted outside through a cable 19. Thus, in this invention, a natural vibration, namely, a vibration different intrinsically from other impact and mechanical vibrations, as generated as a fluid is passing through the orifice, is detected to find clogging of a nozzle, the clogging detected can be reduced thereby enabling an accurate discovery of nozzle cloggings. |
