<p>A compound represented by general formula (I) or a salt thereof, having a potent vasodilatory action and thus being useful as a remedy for angina pectoris; wherein R1 and R2 represent each hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl or optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbyl, and R3 represents hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl or optionally substituted aromatic hydrocarbyl, provided R1 (or R2) and R3 may be combined together to represent optionally substituted alkylene; R4 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R5 represents hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl or optionally substituted acyl; and R6 and R7 represent each hydroxy, alkoxy or optionally substituted amino.</p> |
