SOLUTION: A release lever 80 is rocked to a locking position by manipulating a knob lever while a second open lever 88 is rocked to an engagement impossible posture. Even when a door handle is manipulated and a first open lever 85 is operated, a release lever 80 is not engaged with a locking plate 40 while the locking plate 40 may restrict a latch member. The second open lever 88 fails to transmit the operating power of the first open lever 85 while a close lever 50 maintains its engaged state with the latch member 30, which makes it possible to continue a forced close door operation without interruption and carry out a keyless lock operation. This construction is excellent with regards to the advantage of usage.
