Omni-directional speaker system

PURPOSE: A non-directional speaker system is provided to generate sound wave uniform across 360° by fixedly installing speaker units in a globe-shaped cabinet and reflector plates in front of the speaker units. CONSTITUTION: Speaker units(71) are fixed in a global speaker cabinet(70) in the upper and lower parts. The first reflector plate(72) is provided in front of the speaker units(71) to diffuse sound wave. A hole(73) is provided in the center of the first reflector plate(72). The second reflector plate(74) is provided over the hole(73). A number of openings(75) are provided across the whole surface of the global speaker cabinet(70) to facilitate transmission of reflected sound from the speaker units(71). Two hemispherical cabinets are detachably coupled to define the speaker cabinet(70). The speaker cabinets(70) include fitting thresholds(76) and fitting grooves(77).
