PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of the data transmission/reception correlation by analyzing plural communication data including the history data and displaying secondarily at least the history data and the inter-history data correlation on a display screen. SOLUTION: When the history data on the transmission/reception mails and the inter-history data correlation are displayed, a subject 31a, a transmitting destination 31b, a transmitter 31c and a date 31d are displayed on a display screen 5a of a display device 5 in a square frame as a group of the history data 31. At the same time, a relation index 32 showing the inter-history data relation such as the reply, transfer, etc., and a time flow of the history data are shown in the direction of an arrow 33. The history data and inter-history data correlation are vertically and horizontally spread on the screen 5a, and the group of the data 31, the index 32 and the arrow 33 are secondarily laid out on the screen 5a with proper distances set among them and with no mutual crossing of them.
