PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give the information which is inherent to a user and also to simplify the application of the inherent processing by giving the space identification information to the inherent information on every user concerning the page information and then managing the space identification information with correspondence secured to a reference. SOLUTION: A space inherent information management part 206 stores the link comment data received from a WWW client 100 in a relevant inherent access space with correspondence secured to a page address(PA). Meanwhile, the request message received from the client 100 is analyzed and sent to a WWW server 400, and the acquired page information is received at a page information receiving part 203. A space inherent information adding part 205 extracts the information on an inherent access space and adds it to the page information. A space identification information adding part 204 replaces a link address included in the page information with an address having the space identification information. Then the part 206 prepares an inherent access space for every user and manages every inherent access space by means of the space identification information.
