PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary drum from losing the balance of rotation when the rotary drum is rotated at a high speed in order to securely fix a sheet body. SOLUTION: A clamp 100 forming a front end chuck 62 is provided with a fulcrum PA near a clamping section 102 projected from a device body 122, by which a centroid position G is brought to the side opposite to the clamping section 102 across the fulcrum PA and a vertical distance L1 is made longer than a vertical distance L4. The energizing force F2 by a coil spring 138 is made smaller by increasing the vertical distance L2, by which the vertical distance L3 is necessitated to be shorter than the vertical distance L2. As a result, the sure fixation of a printing plate 12 is made possible and the compactification and weight reduction of the clamp are made possible. Even when the rotary drum is rotated at a high speed, the rotary drum does not lose the balance of rotation.
