PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance browsing speed of a Web page by a user. SOLUTION: The latest Web page is acquired and the Web page is compared with an already registered Web page by a Web page comparing part. When a difference part exists as a comparison result, the part is extracted by defining it as a changed part and an instruction is displayed to the changed part. Thus, the user can easily device what part is the changed part even when the Web page is updated and the browsing speed of the Web page is enhanced.
