PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibilities that an elastic material might not b separated r deviated out of place, if a stress is applied to the elastic material by insetting the elastic material to a recessed groove in a shaft cylinder and firmly fixing it in the groove, in the elastic material located at a part near an especially easily separable open window. SOLUTION: A shaft cylinder 1 is structurally designed so that an elastic material 2 is formed on the outer periphery of a grip part 1A using a double molding die or an insert molding die. In addition, a recessed groove 1C is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft cylinder 1 in proximity to the open window 1B, and the elastic material 2 formed on the grip part 1A of the shaft cylinder 1 is formed way deep into the recessed groove 1C. |
