A method and a system for protecting commercial transaction by providing an escrow service using a callback URL are provided to enable a seller to quickly receive a sale amount by making a buyer quickly determine purchase of delivered goods, as a message including the callback URL is transmitted to the buyer. A transmitter(410) transmits a purchase decision request message which includes the callback URL to request confirmation for the delivered goods to the buyer, to a buyer terminal when the seller delivers the goods to the buyer. A checker(420) checks a purchase decision of the buyer by connecting the buyer terminal to the wireless Internet based on the callback URL included in the transmitted message. A calculator(430) calculates the sale amount of the goods depending on the confirmed purchase decision of the buyer. The calculator remits the sale amount of the sold goods to the seller if the confirmation received from the buyer is the purchase decision. |
