The present invention relates to a multiple output buck converter with cross regulation reduced through charge control and a converting method thereof, to reduce power consumption and the number of needed external devices. According to the present invention, since most outputs are individually controlled in a charging mode control method and the last output is controlled in a charging mode with respect to total power, even information about the total power is used without using a simple individual output voltage or only a charging voltage, and thereby cross regulation is reduced. The system comprises output switches and a control unit.
