The invention relates to a system and a method for the predictive maintenance of valves for the regulation of the passage of a fluid, permitting the detection of possible faults while they can still be manoeuvred, and the programming of actions for the reparation or substitution thereof, preventing non-programmed stops, and basically comprising a torque sensor for measuring the driving torque of the valve acting on the spindle (4), a position sensor (8) for measuring the angular position of said valve, as well as the start and end of the stroke which mark the start and end of the manoeuvre, a sensor plate for acquiring and processing the signals coming from the sensors and a base plate that stores and processes the data received from the sensor plate, from which it is analysed whether the evolution of the torque-position curves is correct, and if not, generating a warning signal. |
