PURPOSE:To materialize several kinds of protective relay with the same operation program by performing the operation concerning plural kinds of protective relay in a standardized expression from various quantity of state of electric power system and by variably setting a characteristic constant of the standardized expression. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of voltage, current, etc., are inputted into an input processing unit 1, where the input is introduced to an A/D converter 13 through a buffer 10, a sample and hold circuit 11 and a multiplexer 12 and is sent out to a system bus 4 through a bus interface 14. A system control unit 2 fetches the data from the unit 1 and performs data transmission between the units, sequence processing between protective relays and relay setting with a ROM 21, a RAM 22, an I/O 24, a relay setting interface, etc. A protective relay operation unit 3 fetches a relay characteristic constant set by the data of input processing unit 1 and a setting panel 5 and judges whether or not there are any accident in performing specified operation. Protective operations of every kind of relay can thereby be standardized. |
