PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and device capable of keeping gross uniformity in one image on a transfer sheet or a transparent film and preventing the accumulation of toner on the transfer sheet or the transparent film. SOLUTION: A transparent film is vacuum-adhered to a sheet on which a toner layer is formed via adhesive which is transparent or becomes transparent after adhered and stabilized, so that light injected from the transparent film side is scattered on a developer layer, halation effect is caused in a fine area on an image by the scattered light which can not be emitted from the transparent film, smoothing is applied to toner or digital dots in the fine area to smooth picture quality and an image is formed as if it is recorded on a photographic printing sheet. |
