PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the gloss and mat the surface of the printed ground without corroding a thin metal film layer and consequently improve the visual recognizability and storage durability of printed-letters by a method wherein a ground layer is prepared by being interspersed with minute regions made of an incompatible resin. SOLUTION: A slip A is constituted by laminating a colored layer 2, a barrier layer 6, a ground layer 3, a thin metal film layer 4 and a protective layer 5 in the order named on a base material 1. In this case, the ground layer 3 is turned into a sea-and-islands structure by interspersing minute regions made of an incompatible resin in the ground layer 3 by applying a material prepared by dissolving the incompatible resin in a solvent on the barrier layer 6 or the colored layer 2 and then being dried. The forming state of the thin metal film layer becomes different in every minute region from the other at the formation of the thin metal film layer 4 on the ground layer 3, resulting in reducing the gloss of the thin metal film itself and realizing matting. As a result, when printing is executed on a slip A having a printing layer, in which the above- mentioned ground layer 3 is provided, the gloss of the surface of the printed ground is reduced and matted. |
