摘要 PURPOSE:To perform adequate increase of a fuel quantity at acceleration of an engine, by detecting accelerating operation from an air quantity sensor and engine speed sensor and controlling the increase of a fuel quantity in accordance with a rate of acceleration and/or cooling water temperature of the engine. CONSTITUTION:An air flow meter 15, detecting a flow of air flowing in an intake tube 14 of an engine 1, speed sensor 29, detecting a speed of the engine, intake air temperature sensor 58, water temperature sensor 59 and O2 sensor 60 are provided. Then an intake air quantity per one stroke of the engine 1 is calculated from a flow of air and speed of the engine, and acceleration operation is detected from the time change of said air quantity. While a controller 50 calculates optimum excess fuel from a rate of acceleration and/or temperature of cooling water to control a bypass flow control valve 31, ignition coil 26 and fuel injection valve 20. In this way, a lean spike can be prevented while a change of acceleration is decreased, and acceleration feeling can be improved.
