<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a favorable heat insulating wall by eliminating the separation of the portion, at which foaming starts, from the outer shell by a method wherein forming is started under the state that the portion, at which foaming starts and which consists of a material with high heat conductivity, is pre-heated so as to make the temperature of said portion higher than that of the remaining portion. CONSTITUTION:The portion 2a, which is a portion of the outer shell 1, at which the stock liquid of foamed heat insulating material 6 is poured in order to start foaming and which locates at the back of an outer box 2 consisting of a portion with high heat conductivity so as to face to the back of an inner box 3 for a refrigerating chamber, is pre-heated so as to make the temperature of said portion higher than that of the remaining portion. Thus, because the portion 2a, the back of which faces to that of the outer box 2, is pre-heated so that the temperature of the portion 2a is higher than that of the remaining portion, the separation due to temperature drop can also be eliminated, resulting in obtaining a favorable heat insulating wall.</p> |
