<p>PURPOSE: To obtain the analyzer which is suitable to the use of a series diode array and easily installed and adjusted, and has image formation aberrations compensated sufficiently by supporting a concave grating on the 1st convex surface of a lens and setting the 2nd convex surface opposite the diode array at a short distance. CONSTITUTION: The concave grating 1 is fitted to the 1st convex surface 21 of a transparent support 2 made of glass. A small gap (d) is provided between the 2nd convex surface 22 and the diode array 3 in a casing 31. At an adjustment position, the diode array 3 is fixed to the support 2 within epoxy adhesive 32 or a similar material. An incidence slit 4 is fitted nearby the diode array 3 on the convex surface 22. Light an object of spectral analysis is guided from the incidence slit 4 from an arbitrary method by an optical fiber. The accurate determination of the lens shape of the support 2 at the position of the diode array 3 and the position and size of the incidence slit 4 for the minimization of all aberrations and the optimum linearlization of a spectrum can be performed by using an optical calculating method.</p> |
