METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION OF TWIST-BALANCED FANCY YARNS

The method and the device are used in the textile industry. They are used for the production of fancy yarns even in structure and strength and balanced in twist. By the method, a flow of stable fibres (2) are fed to a continuously moving core (1) and fixing by underlying first false twist is made. Then the core (1) and the stable fibre (2) flow are additionally fixed by enveloping with fixing fibrous material, and simultaneously they are subjected to a second false twisting in direction opposite to the first twist. The device includes an air chamber (7) connected across a vaccum chamber (12) to a first nozzle for false twisting (13) After the air chamber (7), device for additional fixing by means of enveloping and a second nozzle for false twisting (14), are positioned in succession.
