PURPOSE:To provide a ticket vending machine to issue different sorts of tickets, with which it is possible to change the ticket sheets to be issued easily and stop issuing ticket when a wrong cassette with ticket sheets is set. CONSTITUTION:Projections 171-173 corresponding to the sort of cassette are formed on the outside surface of a cassette 10 which accommodates ticket sheets and is set in a ticket vending machine, and a plurality of micro-switches 231-233 corresponding to the projections are furnished on the vending machine, and the sort of the set cassette 10 is identified on the basis of the outputs of the micro-switches 231-233. When the sort of the set cassette 10 is not identical to the cassette sort of the tickets to be issued at the time, ticket issuing is prohibited and the information of the cassette sort being wrong is given. |
