摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for continuously measuring the concentrations of materials in tissue to be analyzed and its measuring apparatus together with an artificial pancreas. CONSTITUTION: Hollow fibers having a hole dimension between dimensions of materials to be analyzed and dimensions of macro molecules are fixed up to the tissue, to make a solution in conformity with the tissue flow through the hollow fibers, and the solution is made perfused from the hollow fibers to a reacting vessel for the materials to be analyzed. In this case, the reacting vessel is composed of a second hollow fibers having a hole dimension between the dimensions of materials to be analyzed and the dimensions of the macro molecules, and the hollow fibers are arranged in a vessel which is composed of a macro molecule reacting body and a signal generating system connected to the reacting body. The perfusion is then introduced to an eliminator for the materials to be analyzed from the reacting vessel to remove at least 95% of residual materials to be analyzed, and then the perfusion is introduced once again into the first hollow fibers. Since this is carried out in a closed circuit, the perfusion can be used for a long period without changing a storing container.
