PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for an electric connector to semipermanently secure a connecting condition of a plug connector with a receptacle connector of the electric connector. SOLUTION: In an electric connector composed of a plug connector 10 attached with a cable and a receptacle connector 20, the electric connector is composed of a connector holder 40A having a housing part 42 housed/locked with the plug connector 10 and an inserting part 44 for the cable and having a fixing means B1 installed on the receptacle connector 20 side or the electric equipment 30 side. An adapter A1 for the electric connector mounts and fixes this connector holder 40A on/to a connecting part of the plug connector 10 and the receptacle connector 20, and a connecting condition of the plug connector 10 and the receptacle connector 20 is semipermanently fixed by this adapter A1. |
